June’s Repair Cafe
On 6th June 2026, we held another Repair Cafe at Bilbrook Village Hall. It was another good turnout with 58 repairs brought in, and 50 successful repairs being carried out. 14 years ago, in March 2012, a group of the great and good gathered in a field in South Staffordshire to create something quite magical. Just think of the amazing wildlife which now calls the place home and the pleasure it brings to the community. Happy Birthday, Jubilee Wood.
Our Repair Cafe – March 2026
Another busy Repair Cafe was held on 14th March 2026, though not as busy as previous ones. Even so, we still booked in 51 items, though 11 could not be repaired. Moog Volunteers helping to keep Bilbrook tidy
On 23rd March 2026, we spent a lovely morning with four volunteers from Moog Military Aircraft Group, based at the i54 Business Park, as part of the Keep Britain Tidy #GreatBritishSpringClean. February Bird Ringing In Jubilee Wood
Some pictures from the bird ringing session held at Jubilee Wood on 1st February 2026. A total of 22 birds were ringed included blue tit, siskin, great tit, robin, song thrush, greenfinch, goldfinch and goldcrest.
