Following our great success at the Repair cafe the day before, this day was a total contrast in venue and saw us, along with Colin and the Belvide Ringers, in Jubilee Wood for one of our regular bird ringing sessions.
What a great haul we had too. 45 birds caught and ringed:
17 goldfinches (a large number of which were born this year and 1 previously ringed by the Belvide Ringers in Brewood).
6 blue tits
13 great tits
1 robin
1 dunnock
2 coal tits
1 greenfinch
5 goldcrest
As always we are extremely grateful to the Belvide Ringers who give up their own time to host us.
